Opoku Kwarteng one of the fast rising versatile / dancehall female artist in Ghana is in the news again after throwing shots at her female dancehall artistes namely, Kaaki , Ak Songstress , Mzvee and others. According to information reaching us, the dancehall songstress was refused entry into the passport office on the 9th of August, 2016 at the Accra brunch for wearing a skirt exposing her breast and other parts of her body. The artiste who is billed to perform at Tokyo, Japan went to renew her passport with her manager, Bullet of Ruff and Smooth Fame and also the CEO of Ruff Town Record. Upon been denied entering the premises of the passport office the police on duty intervened, therefore was drove by her manager to a nearby
boutique to get new dress so she can get her passport renewed.
The “kupe ”hit maker was nominee for the unsung category at this year’s Vodaphone Ghana Music Awards.
